Order Delivery
Delivery within Greece is free of charge on all orders. Koryfo will dispatch and ship your order within 2 – 3 business days and inform you that the order has been shipped to your provided address. Delivery usually takes 2-4 working days since Corfu is an island and may sometimes face slight delays.
Free delivery worldwide up to 290 euro.
Working days exclude Saturdays and Sundays as well as major public holidays and bank holidays of Greece. Koryfo bears no responsibility for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues and other circumstances beyond our control.
Orders paid and delivered within the EU include the standard VAT (where applicable) at the current rate. Please bear in mind that orders outside the EU are subject to taxes and duties and your order may pass through customs.
Please note that orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes and duties which are the Customer’s responsibility where they apply.
You will receive an email from Koryfo saying that your order has been shipped. This email will include your order number, shipping invoice number and a link so that you can follow the progress of your order during shipment and delivery. Please make sure that there will be someone on your provided address to pick up and sign the delivery. If you do not pick up your order in time, it will be returned to us after a week (7 working days) and return costs may apply. Koryfo cannot be held responsible for non-show deliveries.
Return Policy
Before you decide to return any item/items you bought please communicate with Koryfo directly by email at mariannakast@gmail.com You may return your whole or part of your order. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without having been worn, washed or altered with the original tags still attached. Koryfo will thoroughly inspect your return item to determine its integrity.
We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used.
In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. Keep the hygiene liner on swimwear. In case of return please email us providing your order details and your full name at mariannakast@gmail.com. We may refuse to refund or exchange your purchase if we receive damaged or worn goods. We will, however, return the damaged goods to you.
For hygiene purposes jewelry items cannot be returned.
Customers are allowed to return their items directly to the store.
Koryfo is not responsible for any returns lost in transit -if you wish to return the items using a different shipping method than the one we offer you, it is recommended to include tracking and insurance for your protection. All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Refunds can take up to 10 days to show on your account.
Exchange of product(s)
The products may be exchanged for any available size or color. After the process of such exchange with any similar product, the delivery of the latter ascribed as a new order and thus all changes and specifications of this sale/purchase are subject to the same terms and conditions and follow the same policies as the original order.
Refunds
Money refunds – where applicable, should be expected within 5 working days from the moment the returned item/items is received and checked by the Koryfo team. Money will be only refunded to the original account from which the payment for the order was made. Please note that we do our best to fall within the 5 day period in order to complete the refund, however, Koryfo cannot be held responsible for the exact process time as some every bank differs depending on type of account, amount and type of card. You will receive an email of confirmation of refund by Koryfo.
