The website www.koryfoislandwear.gr (hereinafter the “website”) features an electronic shop which refers to the company Marianna Kastrinos and the trade name “Koryfo”. The company’s store is located on Korinthion & Sotiros str. in Corfu, Greece.
The present General Terms and Conditions of Use (the “General Terms and Conditions”) govern the sale of “Koryfo” brand products between the Koryfo brand (hereinafter “Koryfo” or “we”) and any customer (hereinafter “customer” or “user” or “You”), wishing to order and purchase our products through the Koryfo website.
Your use of the Website to purchase our products indicates that you agree to apply and be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, as well as by the terms of our Privacy Policy available to you, which also form part hereof, and by any new information that may be added to the Website. Products
We make every effort to ensure that essential characteristics and features of the Koryfo products are clearly stated on our website and all product details are available to our customers and users. We make sure our products are photographed and described as accurately as possible, particularly with regard to the color, the design and style of each, in an attempt to provide as much detail as possible to our customers before they place an order. Nevertheless, we urge our customers and users to bear in mind that Koryfo uses natural fibers such as silk, linen, cotton etc and as such slight variations may occur for technical or other reasons between the photograph on the Website and the delivered Koryfo product. Orders
Only persons who are legally capable of stepping into contracts according to the CIvil Greek Code (18+) can place orders on our website.
Before placing an order on the Koryfo website please be sure to check your order thoroughly. It is your responsibility to check that the information displayed in your basket accurately reflects your selection before confirming. Likewise, always make sure that all information provided is correct (name, address, telephone number etc). We do not accept orders by email. All orders are subject to a Confirmation Email following your order. After processing your order we will send you an email of Confirmation. From that moment you will not be able to make any changes to your order.
Koryfo reserves the right to cancel your order for any legal reason such as:
- unavailability of your chosen product. There is always a possibility that by the time you finish browsing our website and placing an order one or more items from your basket may have been bought by another customer that completed their purchase before you. Another occasion is if Koryfo team discovers an item is faulty or otherwise may not reflect our quality standards.
- In case the customer’s method of payment is not approved.
- If illegal activity or fraud is detected.
- In the unlikely event that our Koryfo team discovers a mistake (expired offer, price or description error).
All orders are currently sent out from Corfu Greece. The prices and invoices are in EUR and include the official VAT.
Order Cancellation & Changes
If you wish to cancel your order or you wish to make any changes to the details of the order (address, payment method etc) you can contact Koryfo on +30 26610 44358 or by email mariannakast@gmail.com . This option is only available to you until the moment you are informed by email – sent by Koryfo, that your order has been shipped. You cannot cancel your order or make any changes to your order after this.
Payment Methods
Customers can pay using one of the following payment methods:
- Koryfo website accepts credit and debit cards and all transactions are executed through the safe platform of Ethniki Bank. Koryfo does not process or store any card information.
- Cash On Delivery is only temporarily not available.
Koryfo reserves the right to modify the price of the products offered on the Website at any time and without notice. The prices that will be invoiced to you are those displayed on the Website at the time of the confirmation of the order placed by you and confirmed by Koryfo.
Intellectual Property Rights
The content found on the website of Koryfo, is the intellectual property of Koryfo to its entirety. This includes but is not limited to photos, texts, videos, graphics, products, logos, marks, images etc. The content of Koryfo is protected by the relevant provisions of Greek and European law and all international conventions.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these terms and conditions which would be attributable to the unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third party to the contract or in case of force majeure as defined by Greek jurisprudence is any external, unforeseeable, irresistible or insurmountable fact which would be beyond our control, such as for example in the following non-exhaustive hypotheses: strike, war, insurrection, coup, civil unrest, fire, explosion, natural disasters, pandemics, etc.
Disclaimer
If we do not immediately require you to comply with these terms and conditions, or if we are late in taking any measures or actions against you as a result of your failure to comply with your obligations hereunder, this does not mean that we authorize your aforementioned actions and will not prevent us from asserting our rights and remedies against you. For example, if you fail to fulfill your obligation to make a payment and we do not take legal action against you while we continue to sell our products to you, we may, nevertheless, still act for the payment you have failed to make until our claim is time-barred.
Law & Jurisdiction
In the event of any dispute, you must first take prior written action and notify Koryfo in order to try to resolve the dispute.
Applicable law and choice of court
All disputes arising from these terms and conditions and in connection to the sale of Koryfo products and service and regarding the use of the Koryfo website if not amicably settled, shall be submitted to the Court of Corfu. The use of the website and the sale of Koryfo product and service shall be ruled and interpreted according to the laws and legislations of Greece.
